This is a healthy snacking recipe with the goodness of fish and has been prepared with broen bread and whole wheat flour making it an ideal recipe for the fit foodies.

Preparation Time : 15 minutes

Serves : 4 persons

Ingredients:

Fish : 6 medium sized pieces

Sugarfree brown bread : 2 slices

Egg : 1

Whole wheat flour : 1 teaspoon

Red chilli powder : 1/3 teaspoon

Chopped Green Chillies : 1 teaspoon

Coriander : 2 tablespoon chopped

Ginger : 1 inch piece grated

Cumin seeds / Jeera powder : 1 teaspoon

Salt according to taste

Refined / olive oil for shallow frying

Method:
Churn the brown bread in a grinder for two 30 seconds and your breadcrumbs is just ready. Now microwave the washed fish pieces with adequate water in a dish for 5 minutes with a little salt. You can aldo boil the fish over flame for 5 minutes. Now, debone the fish and take the fish mince in a bowl, add the breadcrumbs,  flour and egg and mash all the ingredients.  Now add salt, coriander,  cumin powder, grated ginger, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder and mix well. Now divide the mixture into equal portions and give it your favourite shape while ensuring the cutlets are flat enough to cook till the inside. Now heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets on medium flame until the cutlets are golden on both sides. Now, take the cutlets out on a tissue so that the excess oil is absorbed. You cutlets are now ready to serve. Garnish with some onion rings and serve it hot with ketchup or your favourite dip.
