A quick side dish to your lavish menu. Can also be a perfect starter for fish lovers.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4 persons


Fish Fillets : 8 pieces (preferably King/ Rohu, Bhetki or Pomfret Fish)
Lemon juice: 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Black/ White Pepper Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Soya Sauce: 1 teaspoon
Butter: 3 tablespoon
Garlic Chopped: 2 teaspoon
Green Chilli: Sliced as per taste
Fresh Coriander Leaves chopped : 1 teaspoon

In a plate take the washed fish fillets and marinate it for 5 minutes with the lemon juice, salt, pepper powder and soya sauce. Now, in a microwave save bowl, add the butter, garlic, chilli, coriander and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Now PREHEAT the microwave. In a plate take the marinated fish fillet, remove the excess marination and top both the sides of the fish pieces with the prepared garlic butter. Now place on a microwave safe plate with skin side down and microwave on HIGH for 3-4 minutes. Now turn the side, and microwave on HIGH for another 3-4 minutes. Your fish is ready to serve.

Serve hot and top with leftover garlic butter.
