Serves : 6 persons
Fresh Malai with 2 tablespoons sugar/ condensed milk : 1/2 cup
Milk : 2 and 1/2 cups
Cardamom / Elaichi powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped Dry fruits (Pistachio, Almond and Cashew) for garnish
In a pan add milk and Malai or condensed milk and bring to a boil. Add the Cardamom / Elaichi powder, stir mix well and cook on a medium flame for around 25 minutes stirring occasionally till the milk mixture is reasonably thick.
Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool completely. Pour the mixture into kulfi moulds and freeze for minimum 2 hours or till firm. Unmould and Garnish with dry fruits or your favorite fruit crush and serve.
