Serves : 6-8 persons

Ingredients :

Refined flour / Maida : 1 and 1/2 cup Brown sugar : 2 tablespoons
Baking powder : 1 tablespoon
Salt : 2 pinches
Cinnamon / Dalchini powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Milk : 1 cup
Egg : 1
Refined oil : 2 tablespoons
Vanilla essence : 1 teaspoon
Banana : 1 cup mashed
Chocolate chips : 1/4 cup * You can also break regular dark chocolate into smaller pieces and use. You can increase or decrease the chocolate chips quantity as per your choice

Method :

Mix the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon powder in a large bowl. Also whisk milk, egg, oil, and vanilla essence in another bowl. Add the wet egg mixture slowly to the dry flour mixture , add the mashed bananas, and stir until combined and fold in chocolate chips. Heat a tawa or flat pan (preferably non stick). Put a little oil and drop desired spoonful of pancake batter. Cook until small bubbles form on the upper side and then flip until the bottom is a light golden brown.

Similarly make the rest pancakes. Serve hot with honey or maple syrup.
