Preparation Time : 20 minutes
Serves : 2-3 persons

Ingredients :
Macaroni pasta : 250 gms
Mayonnaise : 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Black or Green olives : 4-6 (if available)
Yellow, green or red capsicum : 1 cup sliced
Onion : 2 medium chopped
Garlic : 3-4 cloves chopped
Refined oil : 4 tablespoons

Method :
Cook macaroni in water until done as per packet instructions. The macaroni should not be over done and should be al-dante i.e. cooked with a crunch. Drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool. Add 1 tablespoon Refined oil, mix well and keep aside so that the macaroni pasta does not stick to others. Now, heat some oil in a pan and add the chopped Garlic, onion and capsicum. * You can also use vegetables like grated carrots, chopped beans, cubed cabbage, sliced zucchini, chopped tomatoes etc depending on your choice. Now stir until the vegetables are cooked. Add the mayonnaise, pepper powder and salt as required. Add the cooked macaroni pasta and mix thoroughly. Now add the olives if available. Remove from heat and serve hot with grated cheese, tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.
