Coconut / Narikol / Nariyal ladoos are famous in all parts of India and are prepared in different ways. This recipe is a quick way to prepare ladoos even when you have sudden guests arriving at your place.

Preparation Time : 15 minutes
Serves : 15-20 persons

Ingredients :
Dessicated Coconut powder : 250 grams
Condensed Milk : 1 tin (I have used #NestleMilkmaid)
Pistachios : 1/4 cup chopped

Method :

In a bowl, take 200 grams dessicated Coconut and add the pistachios and Condensed Milk. Mix well.

Heat the mixture stirring constantly in a pan for about 10 minutes. Now take out the mixture in a bowl. Dab your hands in little water and make round ladoos.

Now coat the ladoos in the left dessicated Coconut powder and refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Your ladoos are ready to be served.

* You can store these ladoos in the refrigerator for about an week.
