This is a perfect vegetarian snacking recipe and a great accompaniment to your mocktails, drinks and cocktails. Can be served as a starter to your guests. It’s easy to make and tastes delicious.

Preparation Time : 20 minutes
Serves : 4 persons

Ingredients :

Cornflour : 4 tablespoons
Potato : 3 (cut into wedges)
Refined oil : 1 cup (for deep frying)
Black pepper powder / Kali Mirch : 1 teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Green Capsicum : 1 sliced
Spring onions : 1/2 cup chopped
Ginger Garlic paste : 1 tablespoon
Soya Sauce : 1 teaspoon
Red Chili sauce : 2 teaspoons
White sesame seeds / Safeed Til : 2 tablespoons (roasted)
Honey : 2 tablespoons

Method :

Mix Cornflour, salt and pepper powder in a bowl. Toss the potato wedges till the pieces are nicely coated with the flour mixture. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry till golden brown. Drain excess oil in a kitchen towel and keep aside.

In a kadhai or wok heat 1 tablespoon oil.  Add the ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute in high flame. Now add the spring onions and capsicum and toss well. Add the honey, salt, soya sauce, chilli sauce. Mix well and saute for 2 minutes. Now add in the fried potatoes wedges and mix well. Add the roasted sesame seeds. Mix well and serve hot.
