Preparation Time : 20 minutes
Serves : 4-6 persons

Ingredients :

Chicken : 1 cup boiled, shredded
Onion : 1 big chopped finely
Garam Masala : 1 teaspoon
Kasundi / Mustard paste : 2 teaspoons
Pepper : 1 teaspoon
Green Chilli : 1 tablespoon chopped
Potato : 1 boiled, mashed
Curd : 2 tablespoons
Coriander / Dhania leaves : 1 tablespoon chopped
Salt as per taste
Egg : 2
Breadcrumbs : 1 cup
Poppy seeds : 1 tablespoon
Refined oil for shallow or deep frying

Method :

Beat the eggs with little salt in a bowl and keep aside.

In another bowl, mix the Breadcrumbs with the poppy seeds and keep aside.

In another bowl, take the shredded
chicken, and add the mashed boiled Potato, onion, chopped coriander, curd, Garam Masala, salt, pepper powder and   Kasundi. Mix well. Make small round or oval shaped patties.

Heat enough oil in a pan for shallow or deep frying. Now dip the patties in the egg mixture and coat in the Breadcrumbs. Now fry on medium heat until golden brown. Drain excess oil in a kitchen towel.

Serve hot with tomato sauce or mint chutney.
