Bored of eating the regular ladoo’s!! This festive season serve your guest with this yumm and quick Sago Ladoo’s.
Preparation Time : 15 minutes
Serves : 9-10 persons
Sago : 1 cup big
Desi ghee : 2 tablespoons
Coconut : 1 cup freshly dry grated
Sugar : 1 cup
Water : 1 cup
Almond : 5
Cashew : 10
Dry roast the almonds and Cashews and keep aside.
Dry roast the Sago for about 10 minutes.
In a pan, cook the coconut with 1 tablespoon sugar stirring constantly until you get a golden brown color.
Now take a mixture jar and grind the coconut mixture along with the nuts and roasted Sago.
In a pan, make a sugar syrup with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar.
Take out the Sago mixture in a bowl. Mix in the ghee and enough sugar syrup to make a dough.
Now make small round balls and serve.
*You can store these ladoo’s for about a week.
