Try this quick chicken recipe by Chef #VikasKhanna shared in an episode of #saffolafitfoodie So easy and delicious that it will become your most handy chicken recipe!! You can also try out the same with paneer if you are a vegetarian and I am sure it will turn out to be yumm!!
Preparation Time : 15 minutes
Serves : 4-6 persons
Boneless chicken pieces : 300 grams
Whole dry Red chili : 5-6
Kali mirch / Pepper corn : 1 tablespoon Dhania / Coriander seeds : 2 tablespoon
Ginger : 1 inch piece
Garlic : 10 cloves
#Saffola Masala Oats Curry and Pepper flavor : 1 small packet
Yogurt / Dahi : 2 tablespoons beaten
Lemon juice : 1 tablespoon
Refined oil : for shallow frying or basting
In a mixer grinder jar, add the ginger, garlic, coriander seeds, pepper, whole red chilies. Grind to a rough paste and add one packet of Saffola masala oats Curry pepper flavor. Grind again.
Take out the paste in a bowl and add the chicken pieces. Mix in the yogurt and lemon juice. Marinate for 10-12 minutes.
Place the pieces one by one in a greased tray. Brush the pieces with a little oil. Cook in a oven or microwave at 180 degree for 10-12 minutes.
Or else you can shallow fry till crispy and golden brown. Drain excess oil in a kitchen towel and serve hot with tomato ketchup or Mustard sauce.
