Preparation Time : 20 minutes
Serves : 4-6 persons
Refined flour / Maida : 1/2 cup
Eggs : 4 whole eggs + 4 egg yolks
Dark chocolate : 250 grams
Butter : 250 grams
Sugar : 1 cup or 3 tablespoon sugar free #Sugarfreenatura
Vanilla essence : 1 tablespoon
In a double boiler, melt the butter and chocolate to a smooth sauce, let it cool.
Now, in a bowl, whisk the eggs, Sugar or Sugar free and vanilla essence to a creamy consistency.
Now slowly pour the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture and slowly mix in. Add the flour and slowly incorporate into the mixture using cut and fold method.
Now preheated the oven or microwave at 180-200 degree Celsius. Now grease a cup cake tray or you can use small ramekins. Pour a spoonful of mixture into each cup filling almost 75%. Now bake the chocolate fondants for 9-10 minutes. Your chocolate Fondant is ready.
Garnish with icing sugar and chocolate powder dust using a sieve and serve warm with chocolate sauce. Enjoy!!
