Baked Yogurt

Well Sweet Curd is my all time favorite to lure my sweet tooth but quite recently I have had a craze for baked Yogurt and I actually add different flavourings to it, maybe a tablespoon of chocolate sauce, roohafza or any other fruit sauce or essence. Try out this simple vanilla flavoured recipe and create your own flavor!!

Preparation Time : 30 minutes
Serves : 4 persons
Ingredients :

Fresh cream : 200 ml
Yogurt / Dahi : 450 ml
Vanilla essence : 1 teaspoon
Cardamom/ Elaichi powder : 1/4 teaspoon

Method :

In a bowl whisk the cream and Dahi to a smooth consistency without any lumps. Add the cardamom powder and vanilla essence and mix well.

Pour it into small baking moulds or ramekins and place the ramekins on a oven tray. Half fill the tray with water.

Now bake the ramekins at 120-130 degree Celsius for 20-22 minutes till you get a light golden brown color on the top.

You baked Yogurt is ready. Garnish with fresh fruits and a dust of icing sugar and serve chilled.
