Preparation Time : 15 minutes
Setting Time : 2 and 1/2 hours
Serves : 4-6 persons
Nutella : 1/2 bottle
Digestive Biscuits : 12-15
Butter : 4 tablespoons
Powdered Sugar : 1 tablespoon
Banana : 2 big or 3 small (cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
Bitter Sweet / Dark chocolate : 250 grams
Cream : 5 tablespoons
In a bowl, crumble the digestive biscuits and add 3 tablespoon melted butter and 1 tablespoon powdered sugar. Mix well while crushing the biscuits.
Now grease a cake tin, glass dish, individual serving glasses and make a half inch layer of the biscuit crumbles.
Refrigerate the biscuit base for 1/2 hour.
Now take out the biscuit base and spoon in the Nutella making a layer. Now make a third layer with the diced bananas.
In a double boiler melt the dark chocolate. Add in the butter. Let in cool for 5 minutes and mix in the cream. Mix well and your chocolate ganache is ready. Now pour the ganache over the bananas making it a final fourth layer. Refrigerate it for minimum 2 hours or until you are ready to serve.
Cut out triangles inside the mould or open the mould in case you have an adjustable cake tin. Serve chilled.
