This is a simple yet delicious non Vegetarian starter preparation for your family and guests. Try it out and do share your experience! I have served it with roasted tomatoes seasoned with a little salt and pepper. You can serve it with onion rings and lemon wedges!

Preparation Time : 30 minutes
Serves : 4-6 persons
Ingredients :

Chicken drumsticks : 6 pieces
Vinegar : 2 tablespoons
Salt as per taste
Pepper powder : a pinch
Tandoori Masala : 1 tablespoon
Cornflour : 1 tablespoon
Garam Masala : a pinch
Refined oil : 1/2 cup for shallow frying

Method :

Wash the chicken leg pieces. Pierce with a fork so that the marinade is absorbed properly by the chicken. Now add the salt, pepper, Tandoori masala, Garam Masala, Vinegar and Cornflour. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes. *You can also keep it aside for 2-3 hours in case you are not in a hurry.
Heat oil in a grill pan or non stick pan. Add the chicken pieces and cook covered on both sides for 10-12 minutes until you get a beautiful grilled golden brown color on the chicken drumsticks.

Serve hot with mint chutney.
